Skateboarding is not about competition or being the best. Skateboarding is a way to discover new places, make friends, use the urban settings in a creative way and fulfil oneself.
Two weeks, one city/country, 5 skaters, 2 photographers, 1 cameraman and last but not least, a lot of fun.
Focusing on skateboarding as well as it’s lifestyle, Cruise tells the story of a group of skaters that travelled to one special location. Turned into it’s magazine form, each issue showcase through different stories the exploration of this city/country. Additional skaters, artists, writers, photographers, etc... from the place where the issue is taking place are also contributing to make each magazine a great overview of what is happening in the skateboard scene of this location. As a plus, a code allowing access to a download link will be given inside the magazine in order to watch an online video edit of the trip.
The first issue of Cruise is focusing on one of the skateboard Mecca: New York.
You will discover the best spots of the “Big Apple” for skateboarding but also for eating, partying, concerts, art places and people that are making the scene moving forward.
Since skateboarding is a worldwide family, our next issues for the coming seasons are already in the pipeline (cruise is a trimestral magazine) with two underrated places that one might not think about: Norway and Israel.
Our teams will never stop cruising the world to come back with great content and tips for your own pleasure in order to make your life easier to plan your next skate trip. Keep “pushing boarders”!
